Supports passage of H.R. 462, introduced by Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart in the 117th United States Congress for the purpose of establishing the new zip code

Requires copies of the memorial to be sent to the President, President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, and all members of the Florida delegation to Congress
