Urges Congress to repeal 47 U.S.C. s. 230, section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996.

States that section 230 was originally enacted in early 1996 to prevent minors from accessing sexually explicit materials on the Internet.

Asserts that section 230 has produced unanticipated consequences by allowing interactive computer services and social media networks to remove content they deem obscene or offensive while maintaining protection from civil liability.

Claims the law has enabled social media platforms to remove valid conservative perspectives and display bias in determining which viewpoints are allowed on their platforms.

Directs copies of the memorial be sent to the President, Senate President, House Speaker, and all members of the Florida Congressional delegation.
