Amends Florida Statutes section 501.155 to revise the definition of "electronic dissemination"

Defines "electronic dissemination" as initiating transmission of, making available, or otherwise offering commercial recordings or audiovisual works for distribution, display, or performance through the Internet or other digital networks

Specifies that electronic dissemination applies regardless of whether another person has previously electronically disseminated the same work

Becomes effective July 1, 2022
