Amends Article IX, Section 4 of the Florida Constitution to require district school board members to be elected in partisan elections rather than nonpartisan elections.

School boards will continue to be composed of five or more members serving staggered four-year terms, with election procedures to be determined by law.

The amendment requires voter approval at the next general election or an earlier special election authorized by law.

No district school board election shall be conducted as a partisan election before November 5, 2024, establishing an effective date following voter approval.

Ballot language specifies the amendment applies only to elections held on or after November 5, 2024.
