State and local law enforcement agencies and other state or local agencies are prohibited from using agency resources or personnel to cooperate with or assist United States Capitol Police field offices or branch offices located in Florida.

State and local agencies are prohibited from making agency databases available to United States Capitol Police offices or personnel located in the state, and any existing agreements to do so become invalid upon the bill's effective date.

State and local agencies are prohibited from recognizing the jurisdiction of the United States Capitol Police or its personnel.

The prohibition does not prevent state or local agencies from responding to court orders.

The act takes effect upon becoming a law and supersedes any conflicting state policies, rules, procedures, or practices.
