Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles shall develop an Ethical Ecotourism specialty license plate with "Florida" at the top and department-approved words at the bottom.

Annual use fees from plate sales shall be distributed equally between the Florida Society for Ethical Ecotourism and Paddle Florida, Inc.

Each organization may use up to 10 percent of proceeds for administrative costs and plate marketing, with remaining funds directed to environmental and conservation activities.

Florida Society for Ethical Ecotourism shall use its proceeds for environmental education and awareness promoting sustainability of Florida's natural ecosystems and resources.

Paddle Florida, Inc. shall use its proceeds to raise awareness about water conservation, wildlife preservation, springs restoration, and waterway protection; effective October 1, 2022.
