Creates section 1006.0626 of Florida Statutes to establish requirements for schools providing care to students with epilepsy or seizure disorders through individualized seizure action plans (ISAPs).

Requires parents to submit an ISAP developed and signed by a medical professional (physician, physician assistant, or advanced practice registered nurse) to the school principal and school nurse before or at the beginning of the school year.

ISAP must include written medical orders, parent signature, symptom descriptions, accommodations for school activities, emergency contact procedures, rescue medication instructions, and communication guidelines with the healthcare team.

Mandates school nurses or designated employees coordinate epilepsy care, administer anti-seizure and rescue medications per the ISAP, and verify that all staff with regular student contact complete training on recognizing and responding to seizure symptoms.

Requires schools to provide affected employees with notice of the student's condition, ISAP care information, and emergency contact details; Department of Education must identify free online training courses from nonprofit epilepsy organizations on its website; effective July 1, 2022.
