Amends section 943.0582, Florida Statutes to make nonjudicial arrest records of minors who successfully complete diversion programs confidential and exempt from public records disclosure requirements.

Exemption applies to records sealed or expunged under the diversion program expunction statute and retained by the department, but allows criminal justice agencies to access records for purposes specified in existing law.

Applies retroactively to records held by the department before, on, or after July 1, 2022.

Exemption subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will automatically repeal on October 2, 2027, unless the Legislature reenacts it.

Effective date contingent on HB 195 or similar legislation taking effect in the same legislative session.
