Exempts the names, email addresses, home addresses, and telephone numbers of animal adopters from public records disclosure requirements under Florida Statutes s. 119.07(1) and the State Constitution.

Applies to records held by animal shelters and animal control agencies operated by counties, municipalities, or other incorporated political subdivisions.

Establishes the exemption as temporary, subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatic repeal on October 2, 2027, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Cites public necessity including protecting adopters from stalking, harassment, intimidation, and theft by prior animal owners who may seek to reclaim animals.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
