Creates section 68.075, Florida Statutes, establishing that it is unlawful for any person to use inducement, persuasion, misrepresentation, intimidation, or other unjust means to intentionally cause breach of a lawful contract or disrupt a business relationship.

Allows injured persons to bring a civil cause of action for treble damages, injunctive relief, and other appropriate relief, with prevailing plaintiffs entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

Prohibits civil causes of action under this section for enforcement of contracts under section 542.335.

Permits persons to obtain judgment under either the common-law remedy of tortious interference or the statutory civil remedy, but prohibits obtaining judgment under both remedies simultaneously.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
