Amends Florida Statutes section 627.748 to cap pickup fees charged by airports and seaports to transportation network companies (TNCs) at $2 per ride, consistent with fees charged to taxicab companies.

Allows airports and seaports to designate specific locations for TNC staging, pickup, and similar operations.

Prohibits airports and seaports from intentionally removing, degrading, or impeding access to services, benefits, or infrastructure made available to TNCs before January 1, 2021, including staging lots, curb access, and driver rest facilities.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
