Amends s. 112.18 to allow firefighters who did not undergo pre-employment physical examinations to satisfy requirements using medical examinations completed under s. 633.412(5) if no tuberculosis, heart disease, or hypertension is found.

Requires fire service providers to maintain records of firefighter pre-employment physical examinations for at least 5 years after employee separation; creates presumption that employee met examination requirements if records are destroyed within this period.

Amends s. 943.13 to require employing agencies to maintain law enforcement officer, correctional officer, and correctional probation officer physical examination records for at least 5 years after employee separation; creates presumption of compliance if records are destroyed within this period.

Prevents law enforcement and correctional officers from using physical examinations from former employing agencies to claim presumptions against current employing agencies.

Effective July 1, 2022.
