The Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund shall convey a parcel of land in St. Lucie County (Sections 23, 24, 25, and 26, Township 36 South, Range 39 East) to the District Board of Trustees of Indian River State College in fee simple.

The District Board of Trustees of Indian River State College must manage, protect, and use the property continuously for educational purposes pursuant to Florida Statutes sections 1001.64 and 1004.65.

Any sale or disposition of the property by the District Board of Trustees of Indian River State College may result in ownership reverting back to the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund on behalf of the state.

The Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund must convey the property within 60 days after the effective date of the act.

The act takes effect upon becoming law or on June 1, 2022, whichever occurs earlier.
