Authorizes the annexation of approximately 32.768 acres of territory comprising a portion of Edgewater Park and adjoining canals into the Town of Lake Clarke Shores in Palm Beach County.

Defines the boundaries of the annexed territory with specific legal descriptions, commencing at the south quarter corner of Section 17, Township 44 South, Range 43 East, and bounded largely by the Town's existing municipal boundaries except where bounded by Florida Mango Road.

Designates the described territory as an enclave of the Town of Lake Clarke Shores for all purposes of municipal annexation under Florida Statutes Part I, Chapter 171, notwithstanding any conflicting general law.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
