South Florida Water Management District must prepare and submit a consolidated annual report by October 1, 2023, and each October 1 thereafter to the Office of Economic and Demographic Research, Department of Environmental Protection, Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House.

Report must include a summary of findings from the district's annual sea level rise and flood resiliency plan.

Report must list structures expected to fall below expected service level within the next 5 years and provide initial recommendations for refurbishment or replacement.

Report must include future cost estimates and timelines for refurbishing or replacing the most vulnerable structures, plus project cost estimates and available funds for a 10-year horizon.

Report must summarize state and federal funds expended toward the United States Army Corps of Engineers Section 216 Central and Southern Florida Project Infrastructure Resiliency Study and related flood control infrastructure resiliency projects through June 30 of each year.
