Requires the Brevard County Supervisor of Elections to print party designations on ballots for all candidates in all elections, except school board and judicial elections.

Restricts voting eligibility in district, ward, precinct, or other geographically-designated elections to only qualified electors of that specific geographical area for all primary, general, runoff, or other elections.

Mandates that Brevard County School District board members be elected only by voters in their individual districts rather than by countywide vote, overriding section 1001.361 of Florida Statutes.

Applies to all Brevard County elections held on or after January 1, 2022.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
