Amends chapter 2001-336, Laws of Florida to add Section 33 establishing trespass offense requirements for Melbourne-Tillman Water Control District lands in Brevard County.

Requires posted land designations on District canal right-of-ways to include signs placed at intersections with road right-of-ways that comply with lettering and size requirements under Florida Statutes section 810.011(5).

Defines "unlawful dumping" as depositing personal property, fluids, vehicles, hazardous waste, construction materials, yard debris, and other items on District canal right-of-ways without express written consent, which constitutes prima facie evidence of intent to trespass.

Requires law enforcement agencies in the District's jurisdiction to respond to District contact and arrest individuals with probable cause of trespass violations on or off District property without warrant, with immunity from liability for false arrest, false imprisonment, or unlawful detention.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
