Creates section 381.9312 of Florida Statutes requiring the Department of Health to develop and maintain an electronic database of information related to uterine fibroids to encourage research and ensure women receive relevant information and health care.

Database must include incidence and prevalence of uterine fibroids in Florida, demographic attributes of diagnosed women, and treatments and procedures used by health care providers, but cannot contain any personal identifying information.

Requires physicians, physician assistants, and advanced practice registered nurses who diagnose or treat uterine fibroids to submit information to the department for database inclusion in a form prescribed by department rule.

Mandates the Department of Health include uterine fibroid information in women's health care educational materials, covering risk factors for developing fibroids and treatment options that are alternatives to hysterectomy.

Appropriates $121,852 in recurring funds and $681,048 in nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund for 2022-2023, authorizes one full-time equivalent position with a $55,212 salary, and takes effect July 1, 2022.
