Modifies language regarding director affidavits and certifications to clarify that documents are valid for the duration of uninterrupted service and do not need resubmission, while failure to timely file results in suspension from the board.

Updates record retention requirements for associations, specifying that directors' affidavits and educational certificates must be retained for 5 years after election or the duration of uninterrupted tenure, whichever is longer.

Clarifies that associations must retain directors' documents and that failure to maintain such records does not invalidate board actions.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
