Department of Health or applicable board shall issue a professional license (rather than temporary license) to spouses of active duty Armed Forces members who meet specified requirements

Department must waive application fees for military spouse license applications

Licensed military spouses may renew their licenses by meeting standard renewal conditions under the applicable practice act, including continuing education requirements

Department or board must expedite applications from military spouses that satisfy all requirements

Board or department may revoke a license if the licensee violates the profession's governing practice act

Act takes effect July 1, 2022
