Authorizes the Board of Professional Engineers to establish fees for professional structural engineer licensing, applications, examinations, renewals, and related regulatory activities.

Expands fee authority to include revenue estimates for regulating both engineers and professional structural engineers.

Extends temporary registration or certificate fee caps to professional structural engineering, not to exceed $25 for individuals or $50 for business firms.

Requires professional structural engineer license applicants to pay a board-established fee as a condition of licensure.

Takes effect on the same date as HB 375 or similar legislation, if adopted in the same legislative session and becomes law.
