Creates new criminal offense of sexual misconduct battery under section 784.041, defined as intentionally touching or striking another person against their will on the sexual organ or anus.

Classifies sexual misconduct battery as a felony of the third degree, punishable under sections 775.082, 775.083, or 775.084.

Excludes from the offense any authorized medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription under state law.

Amends sections 775.0861, 921.0022, and 943.0584 to incorporate sexual misconduct battery into offense severity ranking charts, religious institution reclassification provisions, and criminal history record expunction eligibility restrictions.

Effective date is October 1, 2022.
