Expands the definition of "shoppable health care service" under Florida's shared savings incentive programs for health insurers and health maintenance organizations by adding 500 items and services from a federal regulation (Federal Register, Volume 85, No. 219, pages 72182-72190), effective beginning with the 2023 plan year.

Amends three Florida statutes (ss. 627.6387, 627.6648, and 641.31076) to apply the same expanded definition consistently across individual health insurance, group health insurance, and health maintenance organization shared savings incentive programs.

Retains the existing list of shoppable health care services eligible for shared savings incentives, including clinical laboratory services, infusion therapy, surgical procedures, radiology, prescription drugs, telehealth services, and others.

Shared savings incentive programs allow insureds to receive financial incentives for choosing lower-cost, high-quality nonemergency health care services, which may be provided within or outside Florida.

The act takes effect upon becoming a law.
