Removes the State Health Officer's authority to order vaccination of individuals during a declared public health emergency.

Eliminates "vaccination" from the list of examination and testing procedures that can be ordered for communicable diseases with significant morbidity or mortality.

Removes "vaccination" from subsection (5)(c) regarding rules the Department of Health must adopt on tests or treatment required before employment or admission to premises during isolation or quarantine.

Retains the State Health Officer's authority to order examination, testing, treatment, isolation, and quarantine for communicable diseases that pose severe danger to public health.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
