• Removes provisions in Florida law authorizing law enforcement to seize firearms from persons undergoing involuntary psychiatric examination who pose danger to themselves or others

• Repeals section 790.064, which prohibited firearm ownership or possession for persons with firearm possession and ownership disabilities

• Removes prohibition on persons younger than 21 years of age from purchasing firearms, with exceptions only for law enforcement, correctional officers, and servicemembers

• Repeals section 790.222 banning bump-fire stocks on firearms

• Repeals section 790.401 establishing risk protection orders (red flag laws) that allowed courts to temporarily remove firearms from individuals deemed dangerous
