Repeals section 212.097, Florida Statutes, which established the Urban High-Crime Area Job Tax Credit Program.

Amends section 220.1895 to remove references to the Urban High-Crime Area Job Tax Credit Program, retaining only the Rural Job Tax Credit Program as an allowable credit against corporate income tax.

Removes language from section 288.0655(4) regarding consideration of urban high-crime area designations as a factor in Rural Infrastructure Fund project evaluations.

Effective date is July 1, 2022.
