Removes the State Health Officer's authority to order vaccination of individuals during a declared public health emergency.

Removes "vaccinated" from the list of examinations/treatments that can be ordered, while retaining authority to order testing and treatment for communicable diseases.

Eliminates vaccination requirements from rules the Department of Health must adopt regarding conditions and procedures for isolation and quarantine.

Retains State Health Officer's authority to use isolation or quarantine for individuals with communicable diseases that pose severe danger to public health.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
