Appropriates funds from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Transportation for compensation to the Estate of Molly Parker for her death resulting from negligence.

Directs the Chief Financial Officer to issue a warrant to the Estate of Molly Parker from Department of Transportation funds in the State Treasury.

Limits attorney fees to 25 percent of the total amount awarded under this act.

Designates the appropriated amount combined with any award under s. 768.28, Florida Statutes (sovereign immunity liability cap) as sole compensation for all claims arising from Molly Morrison Parker's death in a December 12, 2019 motor vehicle accident.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
