Increases supply limits for physician certifications of medical marijuana from three to five 70-day supplies and from six to ten 35-day supplies in smoking form

Provides higher supply limits of ten 70-day supplies or twenty 35-day supplies in smoking form for service-disabled veterans and totally and permanently disabled persons

Extends physician evaluation frequency for existing medical marijuana patients from every 30 weeks to every 52 weeks

Allows service-disabled veterans and totally and permanently disabled persons to be evaluated every 104 weeks instead of every 52 weeks before receiving new physician certifications

Takes effect July 1, 2022
