Creates a new Inter Miami CF specialty license plate to be developed by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles with colors and design approved by the department.

Requires "Florida" to appear at the top of the plate and "Inter Miami CF" to appear at the bottom.

Directs all annual license plate use fees to Inter Miami CF Foundation Corporation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Permits Inter Miami CF Foundation Corporation to use a maximum of 10 percent of proceeds for plate promotion and marketing, with remaining funds dedicated to sports-based development and community service programs, initiatives, and events.

Effective date: October 1, 2022.
