Directs the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to develop a "Safe Haven for Newborns" specialty license plate with "Florida" at the top and "A Safe Haven for Newborns" at the bottom.

Annual use fees from plate sales shall be distributed to the Gloria M. Silverio Foundation, Incorporated, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation focused on preventing infant abandonment.

Allows up to 10 percent of collected fees to be used for plate marketing and foundation administration costs, with remaining funds directed toward awareness, education, and direct assistance programs to prevent infant abandonment.

Effective October 1, 2022.
