Renames Part II of Chapter 386, Florida Statutes from "INDOOR AIR: SMOKING AND VAPING" to "SMOKING AND VAPING" and changes the short title of the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act to remove the word "Indoor."

Authorizes counties and municipalities to further restrict smoking within public beaches and public parks that they own, except for cigars without filters or plastic tips and pipe tobacco smoked in pipes.

Allows municipalities to restrict smoking in county-owned public beaches or parks within their jurisdiction if not conflicting with county ordinances, with the same exceptions for cigars and pipes.

Requires signage for smoking restrictions in public beaches and parks to state that smoking is prohibited except as provided in state law and include a scannable QR code linking to the relevant statute.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
