Proposes constitutional amendment to require district school board members to be elected in partisan elections instead of nonpartisan elections.

Amends Section 4 of Article IX (Education) and creates new section in Article XII (Schedule) of the Florida Constitution.

Partisan elections for school board members shall take effect upon voter approval, but only for elections held on or after November 2024 general election.

Allows partisan primary elections to occur before November 2024 for nominating political party candidates for placement on the 2024 general election ballot.

Requires submission of the amendment to Florida electors for approval or rejection at the next general election or earlier special election authorized by law.
