Creates section 252.64, Florida Statutes to protect religious institutions during emergency orders.

Defines "religious institution" using the same definition as section 496.404, Florida Statutes.

Prohibits emergency orders from directly or indirectly restricting a religious institution's regular religious services or activities.

Allows general emergency provisions that apply uniformly to all entities to be applied to religious institutions only if they serve a compelling governmental interest and are the least restrictive means of achieving that interest.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
