Allows local governments to require vacation rental owners or operators to designate and maintain contact information for a responsible party with the local government

Requires the designated responsible party to be capable of responding to complaints and other immediate problems related to the vacation rental

Mandates the responsible party be available by telephone at a publicly listed telephone number

Takes effect July 1, 2022
