Amends the definition of "electronic dissemination" in Florida Statute 501.155 to include display and performance activities in addition to distribution.

Expands the scope of regulated conduct to cover initiating transmission, making available, or otherwise offering commercial recordings or audiovisual works through the Internet or other digital networks for distribution, display, or performance.

Clarifies that electronic dissemination applies regardless of whether another person has previously disseminated the same commercial recording or audiovisual work.

Effective date is July 1, 2022.
