Creates a public records exemption for personal identifying information of donors and prospective donors to the direct-support organization of the Statewide Council on Human Trafficking who wish to remain anonymous.

Exempts portions of meetings where confidential donor information is discussed from public meetings requirements under Florida's Sunshine Law.

Exempts meetings with prospective donors, discussions about prospective donors, and fundraising activity discussions from the Administrative Procedure Act once a scheduled event is approved by the organization's board.

Sunsets the exemption on October 2, 2027, unless the Legislature votes to reenact it under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Takes effect October 1, 2022.
