Authorizes Medicaid to reimburse providers for remote evaluation of recorded video and images, including interpretation and follow-up contact with recipients within 24 business hours.

Limits remote evaluation reimbursement to services not originating from related evaluations within the previous 7 days or leading to procedures within 24 hours or at the soonest available appointment.

Authorizes Medicaid reimbursement for remote patient monitoring services, including monitoring of physiologic parameters, supply of devices with daily recording or programmed alerts, and treatment management services requiring interactive communication between provider and recipient.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
