Authorizes parental leave protections for state employees in the Career Service System whose child is stillborn, with protections equivalent to those provided for live births.

Prohibits public employers and employment agencies from requesting, seeking, or requiring wage or salary history from prospective, current, or former employees as a condition of employment, interview, or promotion.

Prohibits private employers from requesting, seeking, or requiring wage or salary history from prospective, current, or former employees as a condition of employment, interview, or promotion.

Allows employers to confirm wage or salary history only if a prospective employee voluntarily provides prior wage information to justify a higher salary than initially offered.

Prohibits retaliation against or refusal to hire, interview, or promote employees who decline to provide wage history or who file complaints alleging violations of these protections.
