Proposes a constitutional amendment to Article X, Section 24 of the Florida Constitution to authorize the Legislature to establish a minimum training wage rate lower than the regular Florida minimum wage.

Allows employers to elect to pay the minimum training wage to new employees, but only for a period not exceeding 6 months after the employee's hire date.

Requires the minimum training wage rate to be based on any federal temporary training wage rate or on findings from a study commissioned every three years by the Legislature to determine an appropriate rate.

Maintains all existing minimum wage protections, including enforcement mechanisms, penalties, retaliation prohibitions, and the requirement that the minimum wage reach $15.00 per hour by September 30, 2026 with annual inflation adjustments thereafter.
