Authorizes Florida College System institutions, school district career centers, and charter technical career centers to waive out-of-state fees for students living in a recovery residence, employed in Florida, and working at least 20 hours per week.

Requires tuition and fees for waivered students to not exceed the amount charged to resident students.

Students must provide written or electronic verification of recovery residence residence through either a signed lease agreement or an affidavit from a certified recovery residence administrator or clinical supervisor.

Eligible students receive the waiver for one academic year and may renew by maintaining a cumulative 2.5 grade point average or higher and resubmitting verification.

Limits statewide fee waivers to 50 students per academic year and requires participating institutions to report the number and value of all waivers granted annually to the State Board of Education.
