Increases criminal penalty for sexual activities involving animals from a first-degree misdemeanor to a third-degree felony, punishable under Florida Statutes sections 775.082 or 775.083.

Assigns a third-degree felony severity ranking to sexual activities involving animals (s. 828.126(3)) in the Criminal Punishment Code offense severity ranking chart.

Relocates fighting or baiting animals (s. 828.122(3)) from Level 1 to Level 4 in the Criminal Punishment Code offense severity ranking chart, maintaining third-degree felony classification.
