Adds judicial assistants to the list of public employees whose home addresses, telephone numbers, and dates of birth are exempt from public records disclosure under Florida law.

Extends the exemption to include names, home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and places of employment of spouses and children of current or former judicial assistants, as well as names and locations of schools and day care facilities attended by their children.

Applies the exemption retroactively to information held by agencies before, on, or after the effective date of the exemption.

Allows individuals to request maintenance of the exemption through a written and notarized request, or conversely to authorize release of their exempt information.

Bill becomes effective July 1, 2022, and is subject to repeal on October 2, 2024, unless the Legislature votes to extend it through the Open Government Sunset Review Act.
