Updates related statutes to replace references to "sex" with "gender designation" in driver license records, voter registration data transfers, school district reporting, and motor vehicle record access requests.

Reorganizes application information requirements into numbered sub-items while maintaining all existing information collection requirements for both identification cards and driver licenses.

Effective date is July 1, 2022.
