Repeals section 741.212 of Florida Statutes, which prohibited recognition of same-sex marriages entered into in Florida, another state, or another jurisdiction.

Removes the statutory definition of marriage that limited it to a legal union between one man and one woman.

Directs the Division of Law Revision to prepare a reviser's bill for the 2023 legislative session to replace gendered marital terminology with gender-neutral language throughout Florida Statutes.

Changes "husband" and "wife" to "spouse," "husband and wife" to "spouses," and "husband or wife" to "either spouse" in all applicable statute provisions.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
