Creates the Military Corpsmen and Medics of Florida (MCMF) Program to assist military-trained health care veterans and their spouses in finding employment and obtaining health care licenses in Florida.

Establishes an MCMF Program Office of Veterans Advocacy within the Department of Health, headed by a full-time Veterans' Advocate who provides guidance on licensure, employment opportunities, and educational training for eligible veterans.

Requires the Department of Health to waive all application fees, certificate fees, and unlicensed activity fees for military-trained health care veterans and their spouses.

Directs Florida Is For Veterans, Inc., to recruit and maintain a statewide list of participating health care providers and assist veterans with resume writing, job applications, and connecting with employers seeking to hire trained health care workers.

Creates a statewide process requiring the Board of Governors and State Board of Education to establish uniform postsecondary educational credit equivalencies for military health care training, with an Articulation Coordinating Committee workgroup to develop recommendations by December 1, 2024.
