Prohibits motor vehicle repair shops and their employees from offering rebates, gift cards, cash, coupons, or anything of value to customers in exchange for making an insurance claim for motor vehicle glass replacement or repair

Extends the prohibition to include offers made through non-employees who are compensated for soliciting insurance claims

Adds this new restriction to the existing list of unlawful acts and practices under Florida's motor vehicle repair shop regulations (Section 559.920, Florida Statutes)
