Requires public school instruction on the history of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, including their immigration, citizenship, civil rights, identity, culture, and contributions to American society.

Establishes this requirement as a new subsection (i) in Florida's required instruction statute (s. 1003.42), placing it alongside existing requirements for African American history, Holocaust education, and other mandatory subjects.

Updates cross-references in sections 1006.148 and 1014.05 to reflect the renumbering of subsequent required instruction categories caused by the addition of the new Asian American and Pacific Islander history requirement.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
