Creates section 561.425, Florida Statutes, to authorize distributors of distilled spirits to provide in-store servicing to vendors without prohibition under section 561.42 or other alcoholic beverage laws.

Defines "in-store servicing" as placing distilled spirits on vendor shelves, maintaining their appearance and display, placing spirits in vendor-designated storage areas, rotating beverages, and price stamping within the vendor's licensed premises.

Effective date is July 1, 2022.
