Expands Hope Scholarship Program eligibility to include students attending schools where the district school board is subject to ongoing corrective action by the State Board of Education, in addition to students who reported incidents of violence or bullying

Authorizes scholarship funds to be used for instructional materials, digital devices, curriculum, private school tuition and fees, standardized testing fees, and contributions to Florida Prepaid College or College Savings programs

Provides $750 scholarships for eligible students who transfer to a public school outside their district to cover transportation costs

Requires school districts to publish program information on their website homepage and notify parents of scholarship options regardless of investigation outcomes when incidents are reported

Establishes that scholarship accounts become inactive after 2 consecutive fiscal years without eligible expenditures, at which point remaining funds revert to the scholarship-funding organization and the student becomes ineligible for additional payments until expenditures resume
